Keeps the pot boiling
"I'm educated in banking and have worked within the banking community until I started working in Acubiz. Here my purpose is to create an interest in Acubiz EMS, book and hold meetings with potential clients and to keep the pot boiling by maintaining a good dialogue, when I sense there's an interest".
Respect and good timing
"You need to be able to read the client's situation and show respect when people are busy - and know when it's bad timing. After all it's about maturing the client calm and quiet and not be too forward".
Quality meetings
"One of our goals is that all of our meetings with potential clients are quality meetings. The company must have an actual need for our product. That is why my job also includes knowing whether or not there's something to follow. It is important that we get that sorted out after the first meeting, that way we won't waist the client's or our own time.
One of the best things about my work is when I've had a good constructive conversation with a potential client, and it ends with a booked meeting".
Recognition and free hands
"The form is good in Acubiz and as an employee you feel recognised professionally and personally. And you get to have free hands. Of course there are certain demands, but you have freedom with responsibility and you work independently with your tasks. The employees are also often consulted first when a decision needs to be taken".
