New version of Acubiz EMS

A quick shortcut to expense reports

 

Acubiz A/S, one of Europe’s leading suppliers of web based expense management systems, is launching a new version of the company’s well-known expense management system, Acubiz EMS 4.9, which is based on the present customers wishes and feedback.

”The new version of Acubiz EMS is a strong enhancement of our web based expense management systems, as it clearly is based on our customers’ wishes and feedback. Even though we are very experienced and have large knowledge of development of EMS-systems, it is still the customers who hold the largest practical knowledge of which functionalities Acubiz EMS should feature in order to ease their busy workdays,” says CEO Lars de Nully, Acubiz A/S.

The new version of Acubiz EMS gives employees, decision makers and financial functions in Danish and International companies a much quicker overview of the travel accounts which saves a lot of time. Besides an optimised functionality of integration to suppliers and the companies administrative IT-systems, ERP, the customers feedback have resulted in a number of specific improvements.

”A new requisition module gives the decision makers an efficient tool to manage travel expenses as they, among other things, no longer have to approve the employees travels manually. The employees can be allocated a travel budget which cannot be exceeded without approval” says CEO Lars de Nully, Acubiz A/S.


Various languages will give international growth

The launch of Acubiz EMS 4.9 is a continuation of an increasing demand from international customers in Scandinavia and Europe. This is why Acubiz has invested in development of the language module so it now includes several language options.

”We have great expectations to this latest version, which will make Acubiz even more attractive on the international market – especially with the language module. In this latest version the employees can choose the language that suits them best. In addition, the companies can use different language modules in the same organisation,” says CEO Lars de Nully, Acubiz A/S.

According to Lars de Nully the new language module is particularly interesting for companies with many different nationalities among their employees.
Acubiz EMS 4.9 will be implemented with all new customers, while all existing customers will be offered an upgrade.
