Records exist to be beaten. We proved that in 2021 when we presented the best financial result ever on both top (+7,7%) and bottom line (+303,6%). We accomplished this even though COVID-19 was affecting the market. This historic result indicates that we’ve made good decisions that not only have benefitted us in 2021 but also will benefit us in the years to come.
With that said, we’re aiming even higher. Our goals are ambitious and “growth” and “scaling” are two of the main components in our business strategy. To reach these ambitious goals we started looking for a partner who could help us on our journey.
A company in Visma
The interest was overwhelming when we announced that we were ready to take on a partner. We are proud and grateful for the interest that has been shown towards Acubiz. The process of finding a partner took several months but we succeeded just before 2021 became 2022. In December we announced that we had become a part of the Visma family.
Visma is the right owner and partner for us. Therefore, the expectations are great. Not only can we take shortcuts to new customers, markets and segments, but we also get easy access to legal support, sparring, advice, etc. This holds great value for an organization of our size. Even though we have only been part of the Visma family for three months, we can already feel the effects. The future looks promising.
Customer satisfaction equals joy
Before we went on the hunt for a new partner, we had an independent market report prepared by Deloitte. A report that aimed to assess Acubiz in the Expense Management landscape. The report was based on interviews and surveys, and the responses were obtained from our own customers as well as our competitors’ customers.
The market was, among other things, asked about what criteria mattered to them in relation to expense management solutions and then they were asked to judge their supplier. We’re very happy that we, in general, have a good score and that we have a better score than the rest of the industry on many of the essential parameters. This is also evident in the customer satisfaction survey, which is measured through the NPS method, where our score is +26 which is a good score for a B2B software solution. When we benchmark against our colleagues in the industry we can state that we’re doing a great deal better.
We’re very satisfied with our customer’s feedback but, as in all other aspects, we want to make everything even better. This is something that we work on every day and now that Visma is part of the journey, our customers can look forward to even more benefits.
Acubiz will still act as an independent company. Our customers will not feel any difference in their everyday life. We are still the same people and we deliver the same amazing software – just spiced with new competencies, functionality, and general improvements both in regards to the software but also on an organizational level.

Today we digitize and automate administrative processes for more than 215.000 users from 1.000 different companies located in 46 countries all over the world. Our app, Acubiz One, is downloaded more than 100 times a day in App Store and Google Play.
The numbers are growing every day but we plan to make them grow faster. We go to work to accelerate the speed of them, and the strategy and action plans are ready. Now, we have to execute on them, which both employees, management, and Visma are looking forward to.
