You have spoken and we have listened. Version 2.3.0 of Acubiz One is now available and we have developed new and requested features.
Edit and pull back transactions
We all know the feeling. Now and then we register something that we immediately after or later on regret. Typically, due to typing errors. This is also applicable among you (our users), since you have requested the possibility to pull back expenses after they have been submitted for approval. Just as the possibility to edit expenses has been requested. This is now possible due to the “edit” feature.
You have the opportunity to correct an error if you have chosen the wrong cost type or have taken a picture of the wrong receipt. You still need to correct the error before your manager approves it.
We have made a video showing you how to edit and pull back expenses after they have been submitted for approval. See the video here.
Favorites save time
Acubiz One must be fast and efficient to use and therefore we are constantly pursuing new ways that can reduce the amount of time you spend in the app. Often you will use the same cost types, dimensions etc. Instead of looking for the correct cost type in the list, you can add your most frequently used parameters as favorites. This makes it faster and easier for you to register an expense.
The list continues
The ability to edit and pull back expenses from approval as well as adding favorites are the most requested features. But there are more new features and improvements.
- Ability to grant Expense Report access on user level. Finance can enable/disable the feature under “configuration settings” in the web app.
- Ability to make dimensional split on amount. This was previously done through percentages, but now you have the opportunity to write the amount.
- Ability to generate reports on units and invoices.
- General bug fixes Update Acubiz One in App Store or Google Play to take advantage of the new features and improvements.
