The accounting basis of the solution applies to accounting file for financial module and potential also creditor module with correct dimensioning of travel costs. This also applies to files for payroll systems with the correct type, rate and number.
Once the data is received, we can set up the integration. The integration can be done either as an FTP data exchange (CSV or XML file exchange), where the posting file is created automatically or as a web service data integration.
Storage of image files
The image files are located on our servers and we create a link to each attachment. In this way, the ERP system can retrieve the image file at posting level.
