After several years of significant growth, Acubiz has invested in no less than two new products, which we can now present to customers.
Acubiz introduces Acubiz IMS (Invoice Management Service), which is for customers, who want the same intuitive solution with our Acubiz One app for the handling of supplier invoices.
Acubiz TMS (Travel Management Service) allows our customers to book business trips (flight, hotel and car rental) with Acubiz. Thus, travel and VAT attachments are directly linked to Acubiz EMS, which also make the process of VAT refund quick and easy.
Mobile First describes Acubiz’ 2018 target very well. All functionality must be available in the Acubiz One app, so users and approvers can handle the entire process, when they are on the go. No more finishing through web – it’s all being processed on your mobile!
In Q2, our first release presentation in 2018 was held with more than 200 participants. It is the 10th time, Acubiz invites to a release seminar. CEO Lars de Nully presented Acubiz news, and customers got the opportunity to network with other Acubiz EMS users. Also, the release presentation is a reason for feedback and new ideas for existing as well as future versions of our EMS solution. Also, Claus Skytte (author) inspired our customers with an exciting lecture about future digitisation and automation.
