Acubiz is ISAE 3402 Type II certified, which guarantees that we as a service provider comply with the standard of operation, safety and workflows. It also documents that our services manage all data properly.

The data on our servers is encrypted and therefore it's only you that can access the data. We have no credit card numbers or employee names registered in our system.

All employees at Acubiz have signed a Statement of Privacy and Confidentiality.

There are 25 languages available in Acubiz. Language management is based on the employee's profile and can therefore be adapted to the individual.

Yes. Hosting is part of Acubiz Expense Management Service and the cost of hosting is included. Acubiz is a cloud-based solution.

We take responsibility for the backup of your data which is uploaded to Acubiz. Backup is part of our hosting package.
